Terms of service

The service. Clearwork Forms, a service of Clearwork Studio, adds fillable fields to a document you provide. We do not write, review or change the wording of your form and we do not give legal, medical, financial or tax advice about its content. You are responsible for what your form says and how you use it.

Your file. You confirm that you own the form or have the right to have it edited, and that it is a blank template with no one's personal information. We may refuse or pause any order whose file contains personal data, appears to infringe someone's rights, or is unlawful.

Price and delivery. Prices are listed on the pricing page and paid upfront through Stripe. We aim to deliver within 24 hours (12 hours with rush) after we receive a valid link that opens for us. Delivery is a Google Drive link sent to your checkout email.

Fixes and refunds. One round of fixes is included if you ask within 14 days of delivery. If we can't make your form fillable, or we miss the delivery time, ask for a full refund. Orders stopped because the file held personal data and no blank version was sent within 14 days are refunded, less any Stripe fees we can't recover.

Liability. The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
